Dr. Berch Fritz is a licensed chiropractor with physical therapy and dry needling privileges in Virginia and Maryland. Dr. Fritz earned his doctorate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. During his time at Palmer, he worked alongside Olympians in the school’s rehab department, prioritizing care and management of soft tissue injuries. Dr. Fritz was selected from a pool of candidates across the U.S. to finish his clinical experience with an 8-month rotation in the pain management clinic at the Central Iowa VA Hospital in Des Moines. Here he cared for a wide range of complex conditions presented by our veterans, serving them and providing relief from their pain while assisting them in reaching their personal functional goals.
Dr. Fritz attended Iowa State University where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. During this time, he worked as a personal trainer helping clients to achieve their fitness goals. By combining his own athletic experience with his expertise gained at the VA, Dr. Fritz is able to care for a wide variety of conditions. Dr. Fritz utilizes a functional, evidence-based approach to treatment. He will utilize diversified and flexion distraction manipulation techniques to address joint dysfunction as well as myofascial release, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization, and cupping to care for soft tissues.

Dr. Grant is a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in San Jose, CA where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He was an active member in his school’s Sports Council where he treated athletes at local events in the area.
Born and raised in sunny San Diego, CA Dr. Grant grew up playing various sports and went on to run Division I Track & Cross Country at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as a mid-distance runner. During his time at Cal Poly, he received a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. As such he tailors his treatment around rehabilitative exercises, especially for his athletes.
Areas of expertise range from runners, throwers, to anyone in-between. Dr. Grant utilizes rehabilitative exercise in conjunction with his Chiropractic services to give the patient a holistic whole-body approach to health and wellness.
A life-long love for baseball led Dr. Grant into learning the biomechanical demands the sport places on its athletes. He obtained a certification used by MLB teams that includes a movement screen for both pitchers and hitters to identify potential reasons for pain as well as performance inhibitors. He uses this knowledge both in the clinic and practically on the field with the youth teams he coaches. He also has a specific specialty in mitigating elbow injuries with pitchers as UCL tears in pitchers have become an epidemic in baseball.
In his free time Dr. Grant enjoys attending various community fun runs and coaches in the local North Fairfax County Babe Ruth League at both the travel and recreational levels.

Dr. Moose graduated from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in San Jose, California where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic. He was active in his school’s extracurricular activities in which he would spend some weekends treating marathon runners and other athletes.
Raised in Potomac, Maryland, Dr. Moose grew up playing various sports. He was on Varsity Wrestling team for his high school. He later went to University of Maryland where he earned his bachelor’s in Kinesiology. With this background, Dr. Moose has been trained heavily in human biomechanics.
Throughout college Dr. Moose participated in powerlifting and is currently training for arm wrestling. Additionally, he has experience with working with all types of athletes and assisting them to perform optimally.

Dr. Peter Maring is a graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University where he obtained his Doctor of Chiropractic with sports emphasis with honors. Dr. Maring also earned his Master of Exercise Science through Concordia University, St. Paul.
Dr. Maring was born and raised on his family’s farm in Harris, Minnesota. He grew up playing many different sports and went on to play soccer and basketball at the collegiate level. He has a passion for sports and wanted to follow a career where he could continue to help athletes maintain peak performance and recover quickly. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Pre-PT at the University of Northwester St. Paul.
